Starting in September we will be offering Birthday Parties!!
COST: $85.00 for members / $100.00 for non-members.
Up to 10 children, $5.00 per extra child
We need to be notified one week prior to the party if over 10 children are attending.
TIME: 2 hours
ACTIVITIES: Supervised fun time on BGA equipment, including bars, balance beam, rings, trampoline, mini tramps, floor time, foam pit, games and time for opening presents and cake and ice cream.
RESERVATIONS: A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to book a party. This fee must be paid before we can save the date that you are reqesting. The remainder of the cost will be paid the day of the party.
WAIVERS: Any child who is attending the party must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian. Current members also need the signed waiver. Waivers may be picked up at the time the deposit is made and returned the day of the party. Any child that does not have a signed waiver will not be allowed to play.
SET UP: The gym will be open 15 minutes before the scheduled party time for decorating / set up.
PARTICIPANT ATTIRE: Any comfortable clothing can be worn. No jewelry, snaps, buttons, zippers, etc on the clothing or they may not be allowed on some of the equipment.
PARENT INVOLVEMENT: Parents and other adults guests are invited to stay for the party and are asked to help supervise with activities, but are NOT allowed to play on the equipment.
SUPPLIES: Tables and chairs will be provided and will be set up in the balcony area. Decorate as you wish. Parents will supply the cake, refreshments, plates, utensils, napkins and any other birthday supplies needed.
CLEAN-UP: Please try to leave the balcony area as you found it and remember to make sure no belongings are left behind. An extra clean up charge may be billed if area is not left as it was found. Make sure you watch the time - your party runs 2 hours total.
