We offer two 5 week sessions in the summer. Starting in late August - May we offer four 9 week sessions. No Classes are held on the following Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and Christmas. We have a one to two week break over the Christmas / New Years holidays, a week break at the end of May and the gym is closed for about three weeks in August.

Tuition
Classes are pro-rated if we do not have classes for a Holiday.
If you have three or more children in the program the tuition of the youngest child(ren) will be half price.
Tuition is due at the time of registration or BEFORE the first class. Students will not be able to participate in class until tuition has been paid. Contact the office if special arrangements are needed.
Charges will also be assessed for NSF checks.
Membership
Each gymnast is required to pay a $20.00 membership fee, with a maximum of $35.00 per family. This fee is due at the time of registration and paid only once a year.
Open Gym
MEMBERS ONLY can attend open gym (a member is anyone who has paid the annual membership fee). We do have a student / supervisor ratio we need to follow so open gym can fill. DO NOT drop off your student and leave without checking to make sure they can get in to open gym. We also need a minimum of 5 students to have an open gym. The cost of open gym is $3.00 per hour or we have punch cards available, $25.00 for 10 punches.

Private Lessons
If you would like one on one instruction for an upper level gymnast, BGA does have private lessons available. If you are interested contact the gym and we can schedule the lesson for you. The cost of private lessons is $20 - $25 per hour depending on instructor available.
Early Birds
With all the classes we have the gym can get busy. To avoid a pile up, students arriving early for class, must wait upstairs in the balcony until their class is called. All classes will be starting upstairs.
Class Attire
Girls wear leotards, or t-shirt and shorts, NO zippers, snaps, buttons, buckles, belt loops etc. Hair to be put in pony tail. NO JEWELRY.
Boys wear t-shirt and cotton shorts, NO zippers, snaps, buttons, buckles, belt loops etc.

Current Board members are posted on the bulletin board at the gym. Feel free to call any member if you have any comments or concerns.
