Fall I 2010 Registration
Registration for the Fall I session starts August 23, 2010. Remember to register early, classes DO fill. Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new students must register in person. Phone in registrations are allowed for current members only. Fees must be dropped off or mailed before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition hasn't been received or prior arrangements made BEFORE the session begins.
NOTE:
Registration hours are 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Monday through Thursday. If someone is in the office between 2:30 and 5:30 we can help you, but there may not be anyone in the office during these hours so please check before you stop in between 2:30 and 5:30.
Class schedule availability is based on instructor availability and also a three student minimum per class.
WE CARE PROGRAM
We are participating in Central Market's "We Care Program".
If you shop at Central Market please have your receipts stamped from the cashier; just ask them to stamp your receipt with their "We Care" stamp, save your receipt and bring it along to the gym next time you come (or send it along with your child) and drop it into our tuition box. We will receive 1% of the total of receipts turned in! Our tuition drop box is located on the wall by the telephone (right side after you enter the second double doors).

Pedestrian Safety
For the safely of the Capital Racquet and Fitness Center users and your children, PLEASE enter and exit the parking lot cautiously. We've had several complaints regarding people parking in what should be a pick-up and drop-off lane only. Please do not park in front by the door and wait for your child to come out of the building. If they are not out and ready to get in your vehicle park in a parking spot and come in to get your child.
Notes From the Office
- Please check all Lost and Found items, jewelry and valuables are generally brought into the office, check with Gina or Linda.
- Please notify the office of any address or phone number changes. We pay for any newsletter that does not have the correct address.
- If you register your child(ren) and then find you can not attend that session, PLEASE let us know so we can fill that spot with another student.
- We do not offer make-up classes. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
- Regular office hours September through May; 9:30am - 1:30pm. Any changes will be on the answering machine. Summer hours may change.
- We do not take credit / debit card payments. All payments must be made by check or in cash. It is also helpful if paying in cash you have the correct amount available.
- Please remember to pick up your students promptly after class. Do not wait by the front doors for your child to come out as this causes a major traffic back up between classes. Park and come into the gym to pick them up.
