FALL I REGISTRATION:
Fall I registration begins August 22nd. Note registration hours above. Classes do fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants MUST register in person. For phone in registrations fees MUST be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received BEFORE the session starts. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.

AUGUST BREAK / SUMMER CLEANING
The gym has been closed for our annual cleaning. All of our equipment, mats, floors and wherever can be reached has been cleaned! The office is also closed; however, someone is in the office to check messages. Leave a message if you need someone to contact you and we will get back to you. We will be back in the office for registration on August 22nd.
THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED WITH THE CLEANING. IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
FALL FUNDRAISER
We will be selling World's Finest Chocolates for our fall fundraiser again this year. The candy will be sent home with your student(s) late September or early October.
We need your participation to help us keep our tuition rates low. Fundraiser money is also used to update our current equipment and make it possible to add new.
More information will be sent home with the candy. Please help us out by participating in the candy sale.
ANNUAL MEETING
BGA's annual meeting will be held in early to mid October. Watch for signs in the gym as the meeting will be held before the next newsletter goes out.
Anyone with a child in a gymnastics class is invited to attend the annual meeting. New Board members are voted on at this meeting. If you have an interest in being involved with the academy and would like a position on the board let us know.
OPEN GYM
Everyone attending an open gym HAS to be a current member of BGA. You can fill out the registration form and pay the annual membership fee of $20 single / $35 family at any open gym. Cost of open gym is $3 per hour or you can purchase a punch card with 10 punches for $25.
CENTRAL MARKET
We are participating in Central Market's "We Care Program". If you shop at Central Market please have your receipts stamped from the cashier; just ask them to stamp your receipt with their "We Care" stamp, save your receipt and bring it along to the gym next time you come (or send it along with your child) and drop it into our tuition box. We will receive 1% of the total of receipts turned in! Our tuition drop box is located on the wall by the telephone (right side after you enter the second double doors).
WALL ADVERTISING
We are always looking for businesses to advertise in our facility. If you know of anyone that might be interested in placing an advertising sign in our building have them give us a call.
PARTIES
Remember to check us out for your birthday or any party!
Notes from the office:
We do not accept credit/debit cards. All payments must be made by check or cash.
Notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
If you register and have to cancel, PLEASE notify the office so we can fill that spot with another student.
We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
Regular office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. The office will be closed during breaks but we will be in to check messages.
