FALL II REGISTRATION:
Fall II registration begins October 24th. Note registration hours above. Classes do fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants MUST register in person. For phone in registrations fees MUST be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received BEFORE the session starts. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.
NO CLASSES
Classes will not be held Thanksgiving weekend, November 24, 25 and 26. These classes will be made up on January 5, 6 and 7.
Our holiday break this year will be from Dec 23 - Jan 4, 2012.
HIGH SCHOOL AND USA MEETS
The season is getting near! Remember to check the bulletin boards for meet schedules. You can also find a schedule on our web page. Come out and support our competitive gymnasts!
FALL FUNDRAISER
THANK YOU to all participating in our fundraiser again this year. MARK YOUR CALENDARS - money must be turned into the office by October 22nd.
If you have any comments, questions, or concerns regarding our fundraiser this year let us know. We are always open to suggestions.
In lieu of selling any candy, remember you can make a tax deductible donation. We are a non profit 501 (c) 3 organization.
OPEN GYM
Everyone attending an open gym HAS to be a current member of BGA. You can fill out the registration form and pay the annual membership fee of $20 single / $35 family at any open gym. Cost of open gym is $3 per hour or you can purchase a punch card with 10 punches for $25.

HOLIDAY GIFT ITEMS
Holiday catalogs are available at the gym. Pick yours up and order directly from the company, be sure to use the Bismarck code listed so the gym will get credit for the sale.
CENTRAL MARKET
We participate in Central Market's "We Care Program". If you shop at Central Market please have your receipts stamped from the cashier; just ask them to stamp your receipt with their "We Care" stamp, save your receipt and bring it along to the gym next time you come (or send it along with your child) and drop it into our tuition box. We will receive 1% of the total of receipts turned in! Our tuition drop box is located on the wall by the telephone (right side after you enter the second double doors).
HOLIDAYS
We do have classes most school holidays. The Holidays we do not have classes are Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
Notes from the office:
Notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
If you register and have to cancel, PLEASE notify the office so we can fill that spot with another student.
We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
Please keep your child home if they are not feeling well.

Regular office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. The office will be closed during breaks but we will be in to check messages.
