FALL II SESSION
REMINDER: Regular classes before our Holiday break will be held through December 19th Our Holiday break will start December 20th and go through January 3rd. The last week of the Fall II session will be the week of January 4th. This is also registration week for the Winter 2010 session.
WINTER REGISTRATION
Winter registration begins January 4th. ALL REC STUDENTS MUST REGISTER, EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A CLASS NOW. CLASSES DO FILL, REGISTER EARLY.
Registration must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants must register in person. For phone-in registrations fees must be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition has not been received or special arrangements made BEFORE the session begins. If special arrangements are needed, call Gina.
The class schedule listed on the back is tentative. Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need a minimum of 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.
The Winter session starts on January 11th.

FALL FUNDRAISER
Thank you to all who participated and helped with this years' fundraiser. We had some excellent participation; however, our total income was down. Our fundraiser is instrumental in being able to keep our tuition costs low. If you were unable to support us at the fundraiser time and would like to make a donation remember that we are a 501© 3 corporation and all donations are tax deductible.

JULIE ZIEGLER MEMORIAL MEET
The annual Julie Ziegler meet will be held on January 22, 23 and 24, 2010. This is a big event that requires parental involvement to achieve a successful weekend of competition for the gymnasts. Volunteers are needed to help with concessions, admissions, equipment moving and clean up. This can be a fun time and a good way to learn more about the competitive side of our academy. If you are interested in helping or would like more information call Gina at 258-8956 or leave a message and we will get back to you.
HIGH SCHOOL AND LOCAL MEETS
Remember to check the bulletin board for High School and local club meets. Results are also posted on the boards.
STORM DAYS
We try not to cancel classes due to weather conditions since it is impossible to make them up. It is up to you if you want to bring your child to class if we have not canceled classes. If school is canceled we will also be closed. Announcements will be made on all local radio stations, plus if possible, there will be a recording on the answering machine.
NOTES FROM THE OFFICE
• OPEN GYMS: You have to be a member to come to an open gym. You can sign up to be a member at open gym, but you have to pay the $15/$25 annual membership fee.
• We do not take credit / debit card payments. All payments must be made by check or in cash. It is also helpful if paying in cash you have the correct amount available.
• Please check all Lost and Found items.
• Please notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
• If you register your child(ren) and then find you cannot attend that session, PLEASE let us know so we can fill that spot with another student.
• We do not offer make-up classes. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
• Regular office hours September through May, M - TH 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
• The office will be closed during the Holiday Break. Messages will be checked.
