SPRING REGISTRATION
Spring registration begins March 8th. ALL Rec students must register for classes, even if you are in the current session. Classes do fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants must register in person. For phone in registrations fees must be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition has not been received or special arrangements made BEFORE the session begins. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Check class schedules on the Class Info/Schedule page. Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need a minimum of 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.

STORM DAYS
We try not to cancel classes due to weather conditions since it is impossible to make them up. If school is cancelled we will also cancel our classes. Announcements will be made on local radio stations, plus is possible, there will be a message on the answering machine.
2009-2010 SHOW TEAM MEMBERS
Current Show Team members are able to take this session off. If you wish, you may take the trials class or a regular class. If you decide to take this session off, make sure you remember the tryout dates!
2010-2011 SHOW TEAM TRYOUTS
Tryouts for next year's Show Teams will be April 30, 2010 for the Gold Gems and May 4th for the Black Gems. A trials class will be held this session for boys and girls interested in working on the skills needed for the teams. To try out for the Gold Gems your child has to be in the 2nd grade or younger this year. To try out for the Black Gems your child has to be at the Advanced Grade School or Precomp level or has to have taken the trials class this Spring session. The trials class is NOT mandatory for Advanced Grade School or Precomp students. Cost for the trials class will be the same as a regular session class. If you have any questions please call the office.
WALL ADVERTISING
We are looking for businesses interested in placing an advertising sign in our facility. If you know of anyone that might be interested let us know.
NOTES FROM THE OFFICE
• OPEN GYMS: You have to be a member to come to an open gym. You can sign up to be a member at open gym, but you have to pay the $15/$25 annual membership fee. PLEASE do not bring big bills to pay for open gym. Our instructors will not accept anything bigger than a $20 bill. They do not have access to more than $25 in change.
• We do not take credit / debit card payments. All payments must be made by check or in cash. It is also helpful if paying in cash you have the correct amount available.
• Please check all Lost and Found items.
• Please notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
• If you register your child(ren) and then find you can not attend that session, PLEASE let us know so we can fill that spot with another student.
• We do not offer make-up classes. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
• Regular office hours are M - TH 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
• The office will be closed during the break. We will be in to check messages and return phone calls.
