SPRING REGISTRATION
Spring registration begins March 12th. ALL Rec students must register for classes, even if you are in the current session. Classes do fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received BEFORE the session starts. All new registrants MUST register in person. For registrations taken over the phone you must pay with credit card. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.

SHOW TEAM INFO:
Regular show team practices are over with the end of the winter session. Current members can register for regular classes or the trials class.
2012-2013 TRYOUTS
Gold Gem tryouts will be held on Friday, May 4th at 5:00 pm. Black Gem tryouts will be held on May 8th at 6:30 pm.
A trials class is offered Spring session for anyone interested in working on the skills needed for the teams. To try out for the Gold Gems your child has to be in the 2nd grade or younger this year. To try out for the Black Gems your child has to be at the Advanced grade school or Precomp level or has to have taken the trials class the Spring session. The trials class is NOT mandatory for Advanced grade school or precomp students. Cost for the trials class is the same as a regular session class. If you have any questions call the office.

USA STATE MEET
The 2012 USA State meet will be held at the Bismarck Gymnastics Academy on March 30 - April 1st. We will be needing help moving equipment, decorating the gym, food donations for concessions and workers for the meets. Call, email or stop in the office to sign up to help. This is big meet with great competitors so come and check it out and support our BGA girls.
WALL ADVERTISING
We are always looking for businesses to advertise in our facility. If you know of anyone that might be interested in placing an advertising sign in our building have them give us a call.
OPEN GYM
Everyone attending an open gym HAS to be a current member of BGA. You can fill out the registration form and pay the annual membership fee of $20 single / $35 family at any open gym. Cost of open gym is $3 per hour or you can purchase a punch card with 10 punches for $25.
PARTIES
Remember to check us out for your birthday or any party!
Notes from the office:
We DO accept credit/debit cards, check or cash.
Notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
If you register and have to cancel, PLEASE notify the office so we can fill that spot with another student.
We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
Regular office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. The office will be closed during the break but we will be in to check messages.
