SUMMER REGISTRATION:
Summer registration begins May 14th. ALL Rec students must register for classes, even if you are in the current session. Classes may fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants MUST register in person. For phone in registrations fees MUST be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received BEFORE the session starts. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.
REMEMBER TUITION IS DUE BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS OF EACH SESSION. Due to continued late payments, if you pay late you will not be able to phone in a registration the next session.
SHOW TEAM INFO:
Gold Gem tryouts are on May 4th at 5:00 PM. Black Gem tryouts are Tuesday, May 8th at 6:30 PM. Tryout results will be posted at the gym on Friday, May 11th. We will also post them on the web page.
SUMMER OPEN GYM
Open gyms are open to BGA members only. You can fill out the registration form and pay the annual membership fee of $20 single / $35 family at any open gym. Cost of open gym is $3 per hour or you can purchase a punch card with 10 punches for $25. Summer open gyms are held on Tuesdays from 2:00 - 3:00 PM and Fridays from 11:00 - 12:00 AM. We need a minimum of 5 children to have the open gym. Make sure the open gym is going to be held before dropping off and leaving your child(ren).
USA STATE AND REGION IV MEETS
Another successful season has been completed for our USA gymnasts. MacKenzie Keidel, Jessica Gabriel and Kaylee Keller qualified for the Region IV meet held in Minneapolis, MN. MacKenzie and Jessica qualified for the Western National meet in Boise, Idaho.

WALL ADVERTISING
We are always looking for businesses to advertise in our facility. If you know of anyone that might be interested in placing an advertising sign in our building have them give us a call.
FROM THE OFFICE:
Note our summer schedule does change from our 9 week session schedule.
We do accept credit/debit cards. All phone in registrations must be paid with credit card.
Notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
If you register and have to cancel, PLEASE notify the office so we can fill that spot with another student.
We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
Summer office hours may vary. The best time to reach someone in the office will be mornings, Monday - Thursday. There will be a messages on the machine to let you know when we will be in.
