SUMMER REGISTRATION
NOTE: The office MAY NOT be open between 2:30 and 5:30 pm for summer registration. If someone is in the office they will help you, but you should call before you stop in to make sure someone will be there.
Summer registration begins on May 10, 2010. Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. NOTE: Our summer schedule does change from our September through May schedule, check class schedule in Class Info/Schedule page, be sure to look for Summer schedule on the left side of page. For phone-in registrations fees must be dropped off or mailed before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition has not been received BEFORE the first class. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class schedule availability is based on instructor availability and also a three student minimum per class.
USA STATE AND REGION IV MEETS
Our USA gymnasts had another successful season. At the State Meet one level 8 gymnast, Megan Kelley qualified for the regional meet held in Overland Park, Kansas. Jennifer Albers and Kaylee Keller qualified for Regionals in Level 9. Individual results are posted on the bulletin board. Jennifer Albers qualified for the Western National meet to be held at Des Moines, Iowa on May 2nd. CONGRATULATIONS GYMNASTS!!
2009-2010 SHOW TEAM TRYOUTS
Don't forget, Show team tryouts are Friday, April 30th at 5:00 PM for the Gold Gem Showteam and Tuesday, May 4th at 6:30 PM for Black Gems. Tryout results will be posted on Friday, May 7th by noon. We will also post them on the web page ASAP.
SUMMER OPEN GYM
Open gyms are open to BGA members only. Anyone can become a member by filling out our registration form and paying the annual membership fee. Members CAN NOT bring friends to open gym unless the friend is a BGA member. Summer open gyms are held on Tuesdays from 2:00 - 3:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00-10:00 AM and 12:00-1:00 PM. A minimum of 5 children are needed to have an open gym.
BOARD MEMBERS
Current Board of Directors and Core Staff members are posted on the bulletin board at the gym. Feel free to call any member if you have concerns.
WALL ADVERTISING
We are looking for businesses interested in placing an advertising sign in our facility. If you know of anyone that might be interested let us know.
NOTES FROM THE OFFICE
• The office will be closed during the break weeks. We will be in to check the messages and return phone calls.
• I will not have any set office hours again this summer. Mornings Monday through Thursday will be the best time to find me in the office. Monday mornings I will try to leave a weekly schedule on the answering machine. Messages will be checked and returned Monday - Thursday.
• We do not accept credit / debit card payments; cash and check only.
• Check the Lost and Found items for your lost items.
• If you register your child(ren) for a class and then cannot attend the session, please let the office know.
• We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only allowed for extended illnesses or injuries.
• Notify the office of address and/or phone number changes. You will not receive the newsletter if we do not have an updated mailing address.
