WINTER REGISTRATION:
Winter registration begins January 9th. Note registration hours above. Classes do fill, register early.
Registration for each session must be made through the BGA office and tuition is due at that time. All new registrants MUST register in person. For phone in registrations fees MUST be paid before the session starts. A $5.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received BEFORE the session starts. If special arrangements are needed call Gina.
Class availability depends on instructor availability. We also need 3 students registered in a class to hold that class.
JULIE ZIEGLER MEMORIAL MEET
The annual Julie Ziegler meet will be held on January 20, 21 and 22, 2012. This is a big event that requires parental involvement to achieve a successful weekend of competition for the gymnasts. Volunteers are needed to help with concessions, admissions, equipment moving and clean up. This can be a fun time and a good way to learn more about the competitive side of our academy. If you are interested in helping or would like more information call Gina at 258-8956 or leave a message and we will get back to you.
FALL FUNDRAISER
THANK YOU to all participating in our fundraiser again this year. We had two winners this year Kelly Glovich and McKenna Geiger. Way to Go!! If you were unable to support us at the fundraiser time and would like to make a donation remember that we are a 501© 3 corporation and all donations are tax deductible.

Remember to check the bulletin boards for meet schedules. You can also find a schedule on our web page. Come out and support our competitive gymnasts!
STORM DAYS
We try not to cancel classes due to weather conditions since it is impossible to make them up. It is up to you if you want to bring your child to class if we have not canceled classes. If Bismarck school is canceled we will also be closed. Announcements will be made on all local radio stations, plus if possible, there will be a recording on the answering machine.
ADVERTISING
If you or anyone you know would be interested in advertising on our wall, let us know.
PARTIES
Remember to check us out for birthday parties or any party! Information is on the "About Us" page on this site.
Notes from the office:
Notify the office of any address or phone number changes.
If you register and have to cancel, PLEASE notify the office so we can fill that spot with another student.
We do not offer make-up classes due to our student/teacher ratio. Refunds are only given for extended illnesses or injury.
Please keep your child home if they are not feeling well.
Check all Lost and Found items.
The office will be closed during the Holiday Break. Messages will be checked.

Hello everyone!! My name is Gina Schulte and I am the new person behind the desk. I am very excited to be back working here! I was a gymnast as well as a coach for many years at BGA. I am looking forward to getting to know many of you.
I would like to say a special Thank You to Gina Stroh for all of her time and hard work at BGA. She will truly be missed and we wish her the best. Thank You!!!
